Dentist Visit

For dental health month in February, we had a visit from a community worker. We met our local dentist. She taught us how to best look after our teeth by showing us different things and playing a game with us.

She showed us a set of teeth and how to brush them, moving our toothbrush in a circular motion for ten seconds on each section.

We had a discussion about healthy nutrition for our teeth. After that we played a game where we sorted the food and drink items into bags, that made our teeth happy or sad.
